We all laughed, played, cried, sat in time out, and began a new phase.
Lets see...we met our new family Dr. His name is Dr. Porkorski and he is very good with all of us. We're all healthy as to be expected.
The house was filled with gingerbread people, animals, huts and the huge pride rock for the Young Women's. I have become quite fast at making and baking it. I learned a few tricks along the way and am looking forward to next years entry.
Jenni's Daycare-Council Bluffs Edition-was in preparation in October. Empowerment money is available though different agencies and I have been keeping up with all of the requirements in order to receive the grant money. It totals a HUGE amount of money and I feel very blessed to be a part of it. All that I purchase with it, is to be used towards the daycare. Which in turn blesses Xela and Charlotte the most because I get to keep it whenever the daycare ends.
We had our ward Halloween party and then Halloween. The girls were bees. I was a witch and Joe was getting used to the idea of being Indiana Jones. Good memories and great candy!
It was nice to meet with friends and celebrate Kasey and Emily's wedding. They look perfect for each other.
Time Out for Women was AWESOME. I am happy they are coming back every other year because it was such a good turn out. I came expecting a good time. And it felt as if I was poured out blessings in answer to many of my prayers. I came out of it humbled.
Brianna has become such a good friend. I helped the missionaries teach her in July and decided that whether or not she was going to be baptized, that we would be friends. Well, she did get baptized and we are still really good friends. I have so many dear friends that I miss because of our distances. It is nice to have a dear friend close. You all have to meet her! The things I love about her is that she is full of faith, praying always and such a happy bubbly person that it is impossible not to love her!
We also went to Prairie Trails Pumpkin Patch. That was lots of fun too!! And I forgot the camera. I wish I hadn't! There was a hay rack ride, little train ride and other fun things. The girls loved it!
I think that is all of our October adventures. October was busy, but I lived through it. I guess I've learned...I don't know really. I'm still alive I guess. Maybe just that there is a season to be busy and a season to be more kick back. Ah, sweet mystery of life...!!!
