Snow and Candy Canes

Anne baby likes to hear funny sounds and that will get her smiling almost every time. She sleeps soundly at night and wakes up once to eat. She is one of the sleepiest babies-even all day (I am not complaining:) When she is awake she is very alert and contented. She loves to watch her sisters play, or daddy while he's playing the Wii. If I'm in the room she keeps a good eye on me. Someone had noticed that at Church and I said, "Yeah, she's saying 'I've got to keep an eye on my food!'"

I had just sheared Joe's head. We have been using the regular broom to sweep the snow and he asked what he could use, and all I could think of was the girls pink barbie rake sitting on the floor. He wondered if I was serious and I showed him how good it worked. He got down and used it and I snapped a picture. I think it is hilarious, probably more because he doesn't!

This is the girls thoroughly enjoying eating the big snow we got last week.

Little Charlotte woke up and said, "I want candy cames." I haven't given them much so I relented. I was getting Xela ready in her room and Charlotte came in with handfuls of them. That little girl pulled over a chair and took them off the counter all by herself :) (She's doing it as I type too). They ate thier candy canes today and I have since moved them to a new, less reachable, location!

Ripped pants in both knees, goobery raspberry jelly on one of them. I can't help but love a man who plays with his kids so much on the floor he wears out his pants! (And this in not the first. I'm glad I can find them at good prices!)

OK, who saw New Moon? I loved it. I came out of the theater with the same feeling as I did after reading the books. Can I say, I like this director!

(The picture on the last post is of a violin/fiddle. The previous owner had replaced the pegs which change the value of the instrument. Most people don't like them. I hate to part with the violins. If Trista were close I would have the motivation to play them! She is such a good teacher!)

Fun post! My girls have just about pulled the tree on top of themselves trying to get to the candy canes on the top.

I think they get cuter all the time. My dad wants to learn the violin- (really funny thought to me though) I did think it would be fun to get him one for Christmas but they are more expensive than I think his inkling would last.

Crazy that was a violin. I don't think I have ever seen a violin with those pegs on them. I wish I lived closer to you too. I miss you! Maybe some day! Have a great Christmas!
